What if Defender flags the Binance Windows client as a risk?

Windows SmartScreen blocks new apps with low download counts, showing an "Unrecognized app" warning. Click "More info → Run anyway" to continue. Defender's occasional false positives can be cleared by restoring the file from the "Virus & threat protection history" and adding it to the allow list.
